Before joining ZRA, Samantha served as a Confidential Assistant to the Principal Deputy, Assistant Secretary of Defense for Networks and Information Integration, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Prior to that assignment she served 21.5 years with the United States Army to include working as the Protocol Supervisor/Budget Manager for the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff; as an Assistant Inspector General in Headquarters, United States Army Europe, Heidelberg, GE and the 19th Theater Support Command, Taegu, Korea. In addition, she has served in a number of Human Resources positions, as the Chief of Human Resources, Fort Hood, TX; Army Recruiter, Tampa, FL; Administrative Supervisor/Security Manager, Alexandria, VA and Wiesbaden, GE.
During Samantha’s tour of active duty, she’s been awarded the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, 3 Army Meritorious Service Medals; 4 Army Commendation Medals; 4 Army Achievement Medals, the National Defense Service Medal, 2 Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medals, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Gold Recruiter Badge with 3-Sapphires and the Joint Staff Identification Badge.
Samantha received a B.S in Management Studies from the University of Maryland and a M.S in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
