Lee Zeichner is the Founder and President of Zeichner Risk Analytics, LLC. Since his service as senior counsel to the President's Commission on Critical Infrastructure Protection over ten years ago, he has earned recognition as one of the nation's foremost experts on risk governance and homeland security.
Mr. Zeichner currently consults on critical infrastructure issues for the Department of Homeland Security, including the National Communications System and the National Cyber Security Division. He also serves as counsel for the Business Roundtable's Security Task Force and is a Visiting Scientist at Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute.
Mr. Zeichner is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. He graduated from the University of Florida (Phi Beta Kappa) and received his M.A. from Stanford University. Mr. Zeichner is a member of multiple bar associations, including the Florida and DC Bars, the Court of International Trade, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Mr. Zeichner is the author of Cyber Security & Corporate Liability, a guide for corporate counsel on security and risk management, published by Lexis Publishing.
