Charles Sitkoff joined Zeichner Risk Analytics as Director of Critical Infrastructure Protection Programs in June 2007. In this position, he provides policy and operational consulting expertise to ZRA's industry and government clients in a variety of areas including critical infrastructure protection, information security, and telecommunications security.
Before joining ZRA, Charles served as a consultant to multiple clients within the U.S. Department of Defense on information security and information management issues. He was formerly employed with a Washington-based risk consulting group, where he reported on and analyzed trends in geopolitical economic and security risk, and has published research on the role of telecommunications security in post-conflict reconstruction.
Charles received a B.A. in Linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.A. in Security Studies from Georgetown University's Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service.
