Carolyn B. Brosnihan joined Zeichner Risk Analytics as a Senior Associate in March 2006. Ms. Brosnihan consults with industry and government on issues relating to vulnerability and threat assessments, IT security, business continuity, liability, capital planning, and corporate governance. Prior to joining ZRA, Carolyn served as a civil litigation attorney with the Law Offices of Nader Hasan, P.C., Lewis & Associates, P.C. and Hanania & Kheder, P.C. While in law school, Carolyn worked as a paralegal for the law firm of Hogan & Hartson from 1998 to 2002, where she worked in the areas of franchise law, corporate transactions, and general litigation. Carolyn also worked as a summer law clerk (Summer 2002) for the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia in the Domestic Violence/Sex Offense Division.
Carolyn received a B.A. in Psychology from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, in 1997, and a J.D. from The Georgetown University Law Center in 2003. Carolyn is licensed to practice law in Maryland (2003) and Virginia (2006). She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Virginia State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
